Cancellation Policy

Deposits are not applied to the end-cost, but goes towards time spent drawing and reserving your appointment. 1 week’s notice is required to reschedule. Less than 1 week’s notice means loss of the $50 deposit/drawing fee, and another $50 will be required to reschedule. You may reschedule your appointment 1x (ONE TIME) per deposit. This includes but is not limited to: any kind of illness or family emergency, car/transportation issues, childcare issues, work schedule, pregnancy, pet illness or financial crisis.
