I’d call my color work somewhere between illustrative and neo-traditional. I pull inspiration from vintage botanical illustration and traditional tattooing. I try to strike a balance between realism while still “letting a tattoo be a tattoo”, with the goal of creating pieces that age well. My work focuses on plants and animals but I also like to mix things up. Vintage objects, potion and perfume bottles are particularly interesting to me right now!
